SPECIALIST SURGEON CLINIC ROLES

  1. Medical Receptionist – Front Desk operation and meet & greet patients
  2. Inbound Enquiries / Patient Liaison – handle patient enquiries by phone, email and chat/text
  3. Patient Coordinator / Medical Secretary – Assist patients with questions & decisions about booking surgery
  4. Surgical Coordinators – organise the theatre lists and team, billing and hospital.
