 Different Roles Available in a Plastic Surgery Practice

There are a wide variety of roles needed to run a successful plastic surgery practice, sometimes a team member will multi-task.

PLASTIC SURGERY CLINIC ROLES

1. Medical Receptionist – Front Desk operation and meet & greet patients
2. Inbound Enquiries / Patient Liaison – handle patient enquiries by phone, email and chat/text
3. Patient Coordinator / Medical Secretary
4. Surgical Coordinators – organise the theatre lists and team, billing and hospital.
5. Practice Manager – look after the team and oversee compliance, financials and operations
6. Business Manager – develop the sales and growth of a larger practice
7. Marketing Coordinator – create content and organise marketing
8. Practice Nurse – preop and post-op patient care, sometimes in theatre with the surgeon
9. Nurse Injectors – Performing injectables treatments under supervision of the surgeon
